Summary: |
This is the worst piece
of biking equipment I have ever bought. I thought a seat post
was a simple thing that never gave problems. X-Wing changed
that. The post isn't the problem. It is the clamp. It was bad
enough to produce continuous cursing, much to the annoyance
of my fellow riders. The clamp wouldn't stay tight for more
than 10 minutes, and this is for either off or on road riding.
I am not the only one with this problem. Another friend had
the misfortune to own this waste of metal and complains about
exactly the same problem. I eventually got rid of mine, when
the bolt holding the clamp snapped, as I was descending a nice
root infested section of trail. The end result was not too pretty. |
